Career Development Journey: Key milestones for our students

Year 7 – Discovering interests and understanding personality in relation to future careers

Year 8 – Exploring subject options

Year 9 – Understanding apprenticeship pathways and different career options

Year 10 – Work experience, understanding post-16 options, qualification levels and entry requirements

Year 11 – Exploring options, making applications and informed decisions

1:1 Career Guidance –  All students in Year 11 will be given a 1:1 career guidance interview with our Careers Advisor – Miss Koppoe
